My standard fee is $5,000 for a half-day workshop. New clients and clients hiring me for multiple programs are eligible for discounts.
I have done workshops in Atlanta, Baltimore, Boston, Calgary, Chicago, Dallas, Detroit, Hartford, Hong Kong, Houston, London, New York, Philadelphia, Rochester, Seattle, Tokyo, Toronto, and Washington D.C. I ask for my reasonable travel expenses to be reimbursed.
I am happy to modify the duration and content of my programs to meet clients’ specific needs. If a significant amount of work is required in this regard, additional fees may need to be charged.
I recognize that many firms do not have large enough associate populations to justify bringing me in. As long as each participating firm sends no more than 10 associates, and there are not more than 30 total attendees, my fees for the training would be the same as for the training I would provide for a single law firm.
I submit my invoices promptly after a program is completed, and I expect payment promptly after that.
I welcome the participation of partners and other senior lawyers in my workshops. I believe the associates always benefit from multiple points of view.
As you may have inferred from the length of this website, I am passionate about, and love to talk about, transactional training. So, please feel free to reach out to me to pick my brain, or to compare notes, or just to shoot the breeze, whether or not you have any plans to hire me. The thing I miss most about practicing law is having people around to talk to.
